LA’s BEST

Valley View’s FREE after school enrichment program (after school to 6pm) is funded by the mayor’s office and many other supporters and donors. LA’s BEST stands for Better Educated Students for Tomorrow. The core activities at LA’s BEST are: help with homework, a learning activity that boosts core academic skills such as reading or math, something that’s new and just plain fun, and a nutritious snack. The program provides literacy, math, science, seasonal sports, arts and crafts and health and fitness activities. To maintain this FREE after school program at Valley View, we have to keep enrollment up. Please see Carlo Mejia at the front office or email valleyview@lasbest.lausd.net for more details.
